Job Description:

• Prepped and prepared at various cook stations based on class rotation.
• Followed menu and recipes to prepare and/or cook breakfast, lunch and snack in a timely manner to stay on schedule.
• Closed work stations, also cleaned to ensure they are sanitized and prepared for the next day.

Qualifications:

• A minimum of 5 years working experience is required.
• Must be a Vocational Diploma / Short Course Certificate holder in Food and Beverage Preparation/Service Management; Hospitality/Tourism Management or similar fields.
• Male applicants are preferred for this role.
