Job Description:
- Inspects the tanker/bobtail before executing the shipping orders and departure (cooling water, tires, glass washer water, machine oil, hydraulic and clutch oil, battery, front, side and rear light bulbs, fire extinguishers, valves, etc.);
- Executes the shipping orders assigned to him according to the specified daily schedule;
- Reports any malfunctions in the tanker/bobtail immediately, and coordinates with relevant maintenance team for the repair
- Follows the safety and security regulations/rules while driving the tanker/bobtail.
- Ensures full compliance with the related traffic rules while driving within city or highways.
- Communicates with the back office or control room regarding any challenges in reaching the customers or other issues
- Always ensure the highest level of customer service when dealing with customers.
- Completes all the documentation connected to the delivery and ensure that there is compliance with company standards.
- Obtains customer sign off once the gas was delivered or withdrawn.
- Follows delivery driving routes and time schedules strictly.
- Reports accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions to Transportation Coordinator and complete safety training and certifications.
- Ensures the accuracy of the customer information and enters the filled quantity and invoice details.
- Provides support to the company's broken-down vehicles on the road (vehicles)
- A minimum of 1 year working experience is required.
- Must be at least high school graduate.
- Male applicants are preferred for this role.
- Familiarity in gas filling and withdrawing from the gas tanks.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Working knowledge of the proper procedures for the delivery of gas products.
