Job Description:
- Carrying out feasibility studies for new technical innovations.
- Drawing up plans using computer-assisted engineering and design software.
- Estimating material, construction, and labour costs, and project timescales.
- Coordinating technicians and craftspeople.
- Testing installations and systems, and analyzing data.
- Making sure projects meet electrical and construction safety regulations.
- Overseeing inspection and maintenance programmers
- Attending meetings, writing reports and giving presentations to managers/clients and normally work on a project with a team of other professionals, which could include civil engineers, architechs.
- Bachelor's Degree or Higher National Diploma (HND) Certificate in Electrical Engineering from any school accredited by the Accreditation Board of Engineering and Technology (ABET)
- Three (3) years work experience and/or any equivalent combination of experience and/or education from which comparable knowledge, skills and abilities have been achieved.
- Preferably with experience working oversees.
